Email the request
To [email protected], subject line “Refund Request,” with your full name and order number. Keep a copy.
Pack every bottle
Opened, sealed or empty, all of them, plus the packing slip and a note with your name, email and order ID.
Post it, tracked
To 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. You pay the postage; keep the receipt and tracking number.
Allow processing time
The returns page says 5 to 10 days for the credit to appear after your parcel is processed.
Follow up
No refund after two weeks? Email again with the tracking proof, then contact BuyGoods and your card issuer.

What the guarantee is, and is not
The guarantee is a store policy that lets you get your money back, less postage, if you act inside 60 days. It is not evidence that Nerve Honey works, and the word "results" in its name does not make it a medical promise. If a refund is refused without reason, you can report the business to the FTC[1].
